We Accept Returns For

Damaged or rotten fresh produce – Within 24 hours of delivery

Spoiled perishables (milk, eggs, dairy, meat, fish) – Within 24 hours of delivery

Expired packaged foods – Within 48 hours of delivery (unopened only)

Thawed or damaged frozen items – Within 24 hours of delivery

Wrong item delivered – Immediate refund or free redeliver within 60 minutes

Missing items from order – Immediate refund

We Do NOT Accept Returns For

Change of mind – You've already received the item

Opened or partially consumed items – For perishables and packaged goods

Frozen items that have thawed – Cannot be restocked

Items reported after 24 hours – For fresh produce and perishables (48 hours for packaged goods)

Damaged items without photo proof – Photo evidence helps us verify quickly

How to Request a Return or Refund

Send a photo/video of the damaged, rotten, or expired item

Include your order number and item name

No photo = we may ask you to send one

Step 4: Get your refund

Approved refund? You'll get it within 1 hour to your wallet, or 3-5 business days to your original payment method

Wrong item delivered? We'll redeliver the correct order free within 60 minutes. You keep the wrong order as compensation.
